Coffee has a long global supply chain. We intentionally tighten ours to align perfectly with the corporate values and ethics of the brands we partner with.

  • Regenerative Farming: We proudly source our specialty-grade, completely traceable beans from forward-thinking roasters like Overview Coffee, prioritizing regenerative agricultural practices that restore soil health and ecosystems.

  • Regional Ecosystem Support: Our standard roasting partners are based within the Mountain West, lowering shipping emissions while directly reinvesting in our regional specialty coffee economy.

  • Zero Single-Use Plastic: Our standard setup features completely plastic-free operations. Our cups, lids, sleeves, stirrers, and napkins are 100% commercially compostable. For venues equipped to handle it, we provide full, elegant ceramic and glassware service.

  • Organic & Local Sourcing: We utilize organic dairy sourced from regional farmers alongside an extensive menu of alternative milks. Post-event, coffee grounds are fully composted whenever local infrastructure permits.

Frequently asked questions

Are you licensed and fully insured?

Yes. LUKA maintains a full Wyoming state business license, food handler management certifications, and carries a standard $2M general liability insurance policy. COIs can be quickly issued directly to your production agency or venue manager upon request

What are your on-site space and spatial footprints?

Our mobile bars are completely self-contained. While highly compact and customizable, a standard spatial footprint requires a 5x5 ft footprint for the service zone to allow professional baristas optimal workflow and guest interaction.

What infrastructure requirements do you have?

We require access to a standard 110V power outlet. We manage our own water supply and filtration loops; however, depending on menu length and event duration, nearby clean water access is highly appreciated.

Can you operate outdoors?

Absolutely. LUKA programs are built to scale both indoors and out. For outdoor elements like ranches or scenic lookouts, we simply require a flat, solid foundation surface and a reliable power line hookup.
